RakuDenZ Child Safety Standards

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

RakuDenZ strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

Users must not use RakuDenZ to create, upload, share, request, distribute, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other content or activity that exploits or endangers children.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RakuDenZ:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Creation, upload, distribution, or sharing of CSAM.
• Sexual exploitation or grooming of children.
• Soliciting or requesting sexual content involving minors.
• Sexual extortion or exploitation of children.
• Using RakuDenZ to facilitate trafficking or sexual exploitation of children.
• Any other activity that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers children.

3. Reporting Safety Concerns

Users can submit safety concerns through the in-app Feedback feature or contact our designated child-safety contact directly.

When submitting a report, users should provide as much relevant information as possible, including the username, community, message, or other information necessary to help us investigate the concern.

4. Action on Reports

RakuDenZ will review reports concerning suspected child sexual abuse and exploitation and take appropriate action in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.

Where we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other prohibited child-exploitation content, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the content, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information where legally required, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities or organizations where required by applicable law.

5. Account Enforcement

Accounts found to be involved in child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, CSAM, or other serious violations of these standards may be suspended or permanently terminated.

6. Child Safety Contact

RakuDenZ maintains a designated contact for child-safety and CSAE matters.

7. Compliance with Applicable Laws

RakuDenZ is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and will cooperate with appropriate authorities when legally required.

8. Changes to These Standards

We may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, or applicable legal requirements. Updated standards will be published on this page.
